Inert materials and corrosion-resistant technologies are the keys to the CHX^TM heat exchanger breakthrough. The CHX^TM team experimented with a wide range of materials and coatings before arriving at an effective solution- covering the tubes and inner housing of the heat exchanger with DuPont fluoropolymer.

From inlet to outlet, the exhaust gas contacts only corrosion-resistant DuPont fluoropolymer in the CHX^TM heat exchanger, eliminating the corrosion problem.
